ORGANISER<\/h3>\n<p>The competition is organized by PLAN B Event Company GmbH, located at M\u00fchlweg 1b, 82054 Sauerlach, Germany. This competition is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or supported by Facebook or Instagram; these platforms are only used as a means for organizing the competition. The information provided will be exclusively received by PLAN B Event Company GmbH.<\/p>\n<h3>2. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE<\/h3>\n<p>Individuals aged 18 and older who reside in the EU are eligible to participate. Employees of PLAN B Event Company GmbH are not eligible to enter.<\/p>\n<h3>3. ENTRY PERIOD<\/h3>\n<p>The deadline for participation will be announced in the respective competition on the corresponding social media platform.<\/p>\n<h3>4. PARTICIPATION<\/h3>\n<p>By participating in the competition, participants agree to the following terms and conditions. Participation occurs through engagement on the designated social media channels. Details regarding entry requirements, the duration of the competition, prizes, and how winners are determined can be found in the competition description. PLAN B Event Company GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time, especially in cases of force majeure or for organizational, technical, or legal reasons. In such cases, participants will have no claims against the company.<\/p>\n<h3>5. SELECTION OF WINNERS<\/h3>\n<p>Winners will be chosen randomly. Transfer or exchange of the prize is not permitted.<\/p>\n<h3>6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS<\/h3>\n<p>Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook within 7 days after the competition ends. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the prize may be awarded to another participant. This also applies if the required contact details are not submitted on time or if the conditions of participation are not met.<\/p>\n<h3>7. PRIZE<\/h3>\n<p>The details and prizes are outlined in the competition description on the social media platform. Cash payments are not included.<\/p>\n<h3>8. DISPATCH OF THE PRIZE<\/h3>\n<p>The prize will be sent by PLAN B Event Company GmbH or its competition partners. Potential delays due to public holidays may occur. Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data they provide.<\/p>\n<h3>9. DATA PROTECTION<\/h3>\n<p>Personal data will be collected, processed, and used solely for the purpose of the competition. After the competition concludes, this data will be deleted. Please note that the data may be shared with third parties for the purpose of delivering prizes. The delivery date of the prizes may vary and is dependent on the respective competition partner.<\/p>\n<h3>10. LEGAL PROCESS<\/h3>\n<p>Legal remedies are not permitted.<\/p>\n<h3>11. LIABILITY<\/h3>\n<p>PLAN B Event Company GmbH is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. Claims for compensation due to injury to life, body, or health, as well as essential contractual obligations, remain unaffected.<\/p>\n<h3>12. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE<\/h3>\n<p>If any clause of these participation conditions is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid clause will be replaced with a legally permissible provision that closely aligns with the intended economic purpose.<\/p>\n<h3>13. DISQUALIFICATION AND ABUSE<\/h3>\n<p>PLAN B Event Company GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if they violate the conditions of participation or attempt to manipulate the competition. This includes the use of multiple accounts, automated entry tools, or other unfair means. Participants who provide false information or otherwise jeopardize the fair running of the competition will also be excluded.<\/p>\n<h3>14. TAXES AND DUTIES<\/h3>\n<p>If taxes or other duties are associated with the prize, these shall be borne by the winner. PLAN B Event Company GmbH accepts no liability or obligation in this respect.<\/p>\n<h3>15. RESERVATION OF CHANGE<\/h3>\n<p>PLAN B Event Company GmbH reserves the right to change or adapt these conditions of participation at any time if this is necessary for legal or organizational reasons. Changes will be communicated via the relevant competition channels.<\/p>\n<h3>16. TECHNICAL DISRUPTIONS AND FORCE MAJEURE<\/h3>\n<p>PLAN B Event Company GmbH accepts no responsibility for technical problems that could affect participation in the competition. This includes, in particular, network failures, software errors, or server issues. In cases of force majeure that make it impossible to run the competition properly, PLAN B Event Company GmbH reserves the right to cancel or adjust the competition without participants being able to derive any claims from this.<\/p>\n<h3>17. SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES<\/h3>\n<p>Participants undertake not to post any offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content as part of the competition. Violations of these guidelines may lead to exclusion from the competition. PLAN B Event Company GmbH reserves the right to report or remove such posts.<\/p>\n<h3>18.
